Linen should be washed in cold water and hung or laid flat to dry. 
Linen can shrink in hot water and heat and also in direct sunlight. 
If you received your romper and need it to fit a little snugger, a hot water rinse and medium hot dry will help shrink your romper without damaging it. 
Avoid hot water/heat dry with linen otherwise. 
Hot Iron works great on linen and gives it a neat look. If you are having a hard time getting wrinkles out of your linen use steam or iron while item is still damp.
