Minimum Order Quantity:

• Define the minimum order value that retailers must meet to place an order. For instance:

  • For first-time customers and previous customers, the minimum order is $100. 

Order Placement:

•  

  Orders or ready to ship products are shipped out within 4-8 days after received. 

  • Provide any details, specifications that we may need to fulfill your order, in "note area" before cashing out. 

  • Please ensure Address is correct, and add insurance to package if your location is not a safe delivery location.

  • Once the package has been scanned by courier, it is in the hands of courier and delivery address. Mali Wear LLC will not be responsible for lost packages.

MSRP :

• We do not enforce MSRP.

  • We recommend to sell at MSRP with upto 20% sales/discounts, as shop sees fit. 

  • This rule is subject to change in the future but not without a notice.

Discontinued products:

• When styles/colors/sizes are discontinued we often times offer an extra sale on them. If your order is has discounted/discontinued products, there maybe a chance that some of these items are sold out/OOS when it comes to shipping your order.  In the event that happens, your order will reflect the canceled items via a refund. 

• Returns and Exchanges:

Payment Terms: Payments are processed immediately. We do not offer Net 30 Terms.
